Balloon Loose Powder
It has long been held that it is extremely difficult to formulate loose powder style light, resistant powder into a liquid foundation. Enveloping the powder in polymers has now finally allowed for its rich formulation. The reason it is so soft and light from application through to finish is due to the action of this powder.
Furthermore, a careful balance of balloon loose powder and softly viscous oils have realized an extremely light and smooth sensation of use. In addition, amino acids that blend well with the skin and a rich formulation of moisturizers provide a feeling of moisture that lasts all day long.
Mechanism
Formulated with volatile oils, their volatilization causes balloon loose powder to appear lined up on the surface, in turn creating a soft and delicate film of makeup. Furthermore, highly moisturizing amino acids and the shield effect of polymers (silicon polymers) that envelop the surface of the film maintain the moisture of your skin. Even as time passes, the balloon loose powder will absorb lipids, allowing for a long-lasting feeling of softness.
The foundation layer comes at the bottom and the balloon loose layer at the top, realizing a fine and delicate finish as though loose powder has been applied over base makeup.
