1. Gently spread Bloom Couture Eyes Timeless Glow 16 shade A across entire upper eye area.
2. Apply shades B to D in order from the inner to the outer corner of the eye, arranged like overlapping flower petals.
3. Blend E softly across the upper eyelid.
4. Apply C across the entire lower lid and blend out.
5. Apply Blooming Lash Nuance Curler 01 onto the upper lashes only.
6. Gently apply Nuance Brow Palette 05 b to the entire brow area.
7. Use c to define the brow line, then use a to contour below the arch and gently buff out the entire brow.
8. Finally, apply Mousse Brow Mascara 11 to the entire brow.
Apply Glow Blush Balm Tint 01 in a circular motion with a finger in the area directly below the pupils.
Apply an even layer of Timeless Glow Rouge Ting 01 across the entire lip area, slightly overlining.
