1. Apply Bloom Couture Eyes Guilty Parfait Time shade A across the entire upper and lower lid areas, then layer shade C on the upper lid eye and across the entire lower lid.
2. Apply shade B to the upper and lower lids starting from the inner corner and working towards the center, creating a gradation where the color is bolder in the corner of the eye.
3. Layer shade D along the lashes on the upper lid and across the entire lower lid.
