An alluring look that will make you the star of a ribbon-themed party.
1. Apply Bloom Couture Eyes Ribbon Fashion Show shade A over the entire eyelid, then apply shade E using a fingertip or the large applicator, connecting upper and lower lids.
2. Use a fingertip or the large applicator to apply shade F up to the crease, and widely across the lower lid.
3. Use the full width of the small applicator to apply shade G along lashes and boldly over a wide area on the lower lid.
4. Apply Eye Diamond Glimmer Ribbon Fashion Show 16 along the lower lash line and around the inner corner of the eye to add shimmer.
5. Apply two or three layers of Blooming Lash Nuance Curler 01 to upper and lower lashes.
