2. Apply B below the brows and blend out.
3. Apply shades C to E in order from the inner to the outer corner of the eye, arranged like overlapping flower petals.
4. C Apply C across entire lower eyelid area and blend out.
5. Line the upper eyelid with Nuance Pastel Liquid Eyeliner 02.
6. Apply Blooming Lash Nuance Curler 10 onto the upper and lower lashes.
