How to Use
- Apply Bloom Couture Eyes Sunset Promenade 13 A gently across the entire eye area.
- Apply shades B to D in order from the inner to the outer corner of the eye, arranged like overlapping flower petals.
- Apply E across the upper eyelid crease and blend out slightly.
- Apply C across the entire lower lid and blend out.
- Tightline with Stay True Gel Eyeliner 09 to fill in the spaces between the lashes on the upper eyelid.
- Apply a generous layer of Eye Diamond Glimmer 02 over the entire upper lid.
- Apply Blooming Lash Nuance Curler Sunset Promenade 07 to lashes, then layer Lash Diamond Glimmer on top and bottom.
Sweep over Bloom Mix Blush Compact Sunset Promenade 22 in a clockwise direction starting from a and blend in a light, fluffy manner.
