This fall, JILL STUART presents
a new rouge blush with a texture like whipped cream
that will color your lips and your world in a soft
and glossy red to go with the fall cityscape.

Highly moisturizing and beautiful color with a glossy finish
It is rich in oleic acid and other cosmetic ingredients important for the skin and hair.
With a melting point of about 36°C (97°F), it melts at body temperature to form a smooth cream.

The local people are said to have been using it for centuries to heal cuts and skin irritations.

How to makeup
1. Using a fingertip or the applicator, apply Eternal Couture Eyes Shimmer 09 A gently across the entire upper eyelid area.- 2. Apply D to the entire lower eyelid, then line the edge of the eye with C to create dimension. Finally, layer A at the inner corner of the eye.
- 3. Tightline the upper eyelid between the lashes using Stay True Gel Eyeliner 09, then apply a thin line of fNuance Look Liquid Eyeliner 02.
- 4. Coat the top and bottom lashes with a generous amount of Blooming Blossom Curl Lash Mascara 01.
Run the brush once around the Bloom Mix Blush Compact Sign of Blush 15 starting from color a and ending at color e, and spread softly onto cheeks.
Apply Lip Glow Serum Balm 103 all over the lips, then apply Rouge Crystal Creamy Whip Tint 01 to the lips, outlining with an applicator, and then layering for depth.
